Welcome to the Fremont Outdoor Cinema
Welcome to the 2015 Fremont Outdoor Cinema season celebrating it's 23rd year in operation and good old fashioned weird summer fun in the Center of the Universe, Fremont.
WHAT'S THE ADDRESS? 3501 Phinney Ave North Seattle, WA 98103
Great question! That's the first step and it's easy to find and conveniently located on most bus routes or offers ample free street parking in Fremont. Please remember this is a "walk-in" theater, not a drive-in, so no cars in the parking lot!

WHAT TIME DOES THE THEATER OPEN?
Our gates open at 7pm most nights, with a few exceptions for happy hour specials on special nights! for those who want to get the best seats and catch some pre-show fun and snag some door prizes. Most screenings sell out and we always save a limited set of seats for online ticket holders, but we can't guarantee the best seats after 8pm.
We recommend that you come early, stake out your campsite, grab your seats and go have a drink or a bite in the neighborhood, then swing back for showtime.
WHAT TIME DO THE MOVIES ACTUALLY START?
Depending on the time of the season, it varies. For instance, the longest day of the year is June 16th (Summer Solstice) so our July screenings won't start until about 9:30pm. Every week, our movies generally start about 10 minutes earlier than the previous week with August screenings starting as early as 8:30pm.
Here is a helpful chart to determine your arrival.
Friendly Disclaimer: Best seats go at 7pm, so get there early to claim your campsite and then feel free to head out and grab a drink or a bite in the neighborhood until the movie starts.
WHAT TO BRING
We want to let you know that our movie theater isn't on a grassy hill, its actually a big parking lot. We recommend you bring some comfy gear that our patrons make themselves comfortable and to stay warm!
Recommended: Pillows, Bean bags, blankets, low chairs, inflatables, couches and yes, of course don't forget your best friends and family members.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
We do our best to screen every movie, but we also have to make some tough calls every now and then.
We always will announce our cancellations by 6:30pm online and Social Media. Due to the unforeseen costs of producing an event, we can not refund tickets on the day.
If you pre-purchased your ticket online, we will be happy to make sure you catch another movie that summer with a credit through Stranger Tickets. It's that easy.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Another great question! We have always aimed to keep this great movie experience affordable for any age with a $5 admission price for general screenings.
Our fundraiser nights that help to support local non-profits charities are $10 (21+ movie parties).
Please check our ticket page with details on our 21+ movie nights.
CAN I BRING FOOD & ALCOHOL?
Yes. However, we recommend that you leave the cooking to us and our fabulous food trucks every evening. Unfortunately, alcohol is not permitted on the premise. We do offer four 21+ movie screenings every summer, so check our movie schedule. Sorry!
